I pre-ordered trough Amazon (I live in the UK) and I havent received a pre order code yet, and is it even possible to input it in the UK because of the steam problems?

i got mine ok. i got it emailed to me. contact amazon or check the email address you have with that account.

I also ordered through Amazon and my code was emailed to me the day after release.
Might be in your spam section of whatever email service you use.

Amazon seems to hate Canada I don't think they are going to give me the bonus : (
