Border disabling problem.

Hello. For some reason (surely an obscure one) my game keeps telling me to turn back, even after I have changed the settings in the oblivion.ini file. Before in my game I was able to access places outside the map (most notably Elsewyr) but now it is as if it doesn't work. I made sure bBorderRegionsEnabled was set to 0 (in the oblivion.ini that is at My Documents/My Games/Oblivion), and I even changed another value that says bEnableBorderRegion to 0 (which is under the main subheader). Just in case I also changed the oblivion.ini at the Oblivion folder (value is also bEnableBorderRegion) to 0. However even after making sure the borders are set to 0, my game still tells me I can't head out. I even installed "Borderless Cyrodill" which can be found at tesnexus.com and placed it last in my load order (just to try an alternate method) and it still won't let me head out.

Has such a problem like this been reported before? Thanks to anyone that helps me out with this.

You can remove Borderless Cyrodiil mod and use the INI-Edit tab in http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1145445-relz-wrye-bash-thead-55/ and select "Border Region Disabled" then right click with the OK button to change that. :)

When I try to apply the option of borders disabled it opens a log and it doesn't change. Here's the log:

Spoiler
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:\Documents and Settings\Nico\Mis documentos\nico\Oblivion\Mopy\basher.py", line 7970, in Execute
iniList.data.ini.applyTweakFile(file)

elif maSetting and LString(maSetting.group(1)) in sectionSettings:
TypeError: argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable

This happens for all .ini changes I try to apply through Wrye Bash. Also, curiously, if I click "open" and modify the code from 1 to 0, the "Border Regions Enabled.ini" deactivates itself, only appearing with a checkmark if I check the line code back to 1.

try deleting your .ini, regenerating it and reapplying those tweaks

Check you ini again, there are 2 lines, on is bBorderRegionEnabled and the other is bEnableBorderRegion. I forget which one actually makes the fix.

I don't know why, but this was precisely what fixed it. Thanks for the idea, and thanks everyone who took an interest into solving this issue.
