Ever since this patch, i cannot open any barter menu with any vendor, or i get a CTD. This also happens whenever i go to the weapons section of my pipboy...
I tried with all mods off, i reinstalled completely... twice. Ttempted before and after mods... I've tried mostly everything i can think of and i have found no apparent reason for this to be happening. I've updated my video drivers, also.

I even get random CTDs for no apparent reason. Also, I tried starting a new game after fresh install.... crash at character creation screen.


Any help would be most appreciated. I would love to actually play my game again. I had no problems at all prior to this patch.
