The foolish Saint Jiub. He drove all the cliff racers off vardenfell, right before it would explode and make the race extinct once and for all. Now they've proliferated all across the neighboring Skyrim! And with dragons and ice wraiths, flying AI's are back.

The reason they were annoying in Morrowind was because they had really small hit boxes, and MW had a chance to hit system. With the new combat system they won't be annoying so there’s no reason to make them not in.

That about sums it up for me. Or at the very least, I'll have to figure out a way to get a mod on my 360 to get rid of em.

As long as there are newbies, there will be recurring threads. On topic, sure. Cliffracers would be interesting in Skyrim but I think it may go against lore what with them driving dragons off Vvardenfell and all. About them being overpopulated and annoying, I highly doubt Bethesda would make the same mistake twice.

Probably one of the lamest reasons to not buy a game ever. Seriously.

At any rate, with all the work they did with dragons, I'd be surprised if all of the other flying creatures didn't get some of the run off. Flying mechanics for the cliff racers would probably be extremely improved.

I did play Morrowind, and I detested the little demon flying things. But to not buy a game, because such a creature was in? Its pretty lame no matter which way you look at it. They're cliffracers, and they would get the final laugh on a lot of you. Being afraid of spiders and modding them out is one thing, but this is just something else entirely.

As for lore, having the east side of the map home of the cliff racers, and having no dragons go in that area wouldn't hurt lore at all. Skyrim is home of the cliff racers if we're talking lore here if I am not mistaken.

Well, they weren't in Solsthiem, so that leads me to believe they can't survive the cold weather.

maybe in Southern Skyrim? I'd rather see a new flying enemy (if dragons aren't enough).

I haven't played Morrowind in years now, but I can still hear the screeching of cliff racers buried deep in my subconscious mind, locked away with the other traumatic nerve wracking experiences of day to day life.

Different dragons. These dragons aren't native either, and aren't living peacefully along with anything as far as we know.
