fallout new vegas at midnight

Post » Wed Sep 01, 2010 8:54 am

/love.

I HAVE NEVER been to a midnight launch for anything, not Halo not COD not Forza 3. NOTHING.

But I really, really wanted to go for fallout N.V and meet other people who also love fallout (j person) as much as I do.

My town is small, but its the only game stop for three towns, I suspect a long line for me. I think I will leave at 10Pm monday, get there about 10:30 and wait for 1 1/2 hours in line to get it and my collectors edition guide. I will have to dress really warm, and I will likely bring some food, with extras and extra coats just in case anyone needs/wants one.

I'm sure it will be worth it, My first one was for Fallout 3, it was a blast talking with all of the Fallout super fans. I'm fortunate that there is a Gamestop on every other corner, in Chicago. I do however go out of my way to go to one in a better neighborhood because where I live is a little rough. :gun:

I'm also sure it will be well worth the effort. :) Now that I know we get to play at 3AM Eastern and I have a plan, it's going to be a mighty good time.

I'm lucky in that there are half a dozen GameStops in my area of Northern Virginia, and I picked a favorite of mine thats a little further away as well.

Man I can't wait!! :fallout:

Doesn't affect me, luckily. I have it already pre-loaded on steam but can't play until like six o'clock anyway. As long as it is activated by then, I'm happy :D
