Map Marker Related Crash

I've found that whenever I fast travel to the map marker for Anvil docks which is added by a mod in FCOM (I'm not sure exactly which one though I presume it is OOO) I always get a CTD. I can travel their by foot or travel inside the city and then exit through the gates out to the docks and not have that problem. THe Stables outside Cheydihal also appear to have this sort of problem. Any particular ideas as to why the game is spewing over fast travelling to these specific markers?

The stables outside Anvil have the same issue as well.

Can you "slow" travel there (as in walk/ride over to those locations) without a crash?

Abo[censored]ely. If I try to visit these areas any other way there are no issues, but if I try to use these specific fast travel markers I get a CTD.
