never heard of them tbh. You're better off preordering from game.co.uk or play.com or amazon.co.uk or any of the official stores taking part in the promotion. (price is the same in all those stores)

I'm in Canada... but my personal input would be, per-order from somewhere you're familliar with. I wouldn't take chances.

Pre-order from Game. If you do it now through Game.co.uk you'll prob get it Thursday so could active/play at midnight. :)

as for getting your pre-order early.. well, you pays you money and takes your chance. Generally games are sent out so they will get to you by/on the release date, which could mean you get it a day or two before, or a day or two after. The only surefire way of getting it is either go to a shop on release day or order via Steam.

(even if you do receive it in the mail two days before, you can't activate it until 12:01am on the 22nd afaik, so it is a bit redundant for most people)

--edit : what Diviner said ^^^ lol

Shopto are very good with preorders, I had my copy of CIV5 a day early, granted like fallout:nv it doesn't really help much due to steams unlocking...
