Gone in a cloud of Steam?

Post » Wed Sep 01, 2010 10:14 am

I just went on the Steam store looking for Brink and couldn't find the game, only the trailers and such, which apparently "aren't available in my area". Is anyone else having this problem?

It was pulled from the UK market, not sure why, you guys may have laws in place regarding the sales of products that fall below certain quality margins.

It's available on my Steam store. Perhaps you misspelled it.

No he didn't... UK Steam has not had Brink available since just before official release (I pre-ordered out of a shop - cheaper than Steam anyway).

If you have Brink installed, you can click on the store page link in the right hand column, and it comes up with an "oops" page... An error was encountered while processing your request: This item is currently unavailable in your region.

The only feedback so far has been that it's being looked into... I hope it's sorted by the time DLC content is available. Since the first DLC is free, it'll hopefully automatically install like a normal update.
