Microstutter Fix

Topic was removed by user. While the fix deed indeed remove microstutter - it introduced weapon animation bugs as well. Therefore I have pulled it.

Doesn't the ifps clamp set your framerate though? Which means if you set it at 30 it would never go above? I tried this fix for fallout 3 back in the day and it didn't really fix anything aside from lowering my framerate. I remember setting it at 60, but if you ever drop below you will get havok slow down. My system never dropped below, but for some reason the pipboy would get progressively off-center to the point where my character was holding his arm above his head.

I hope this is one of the things the devs try and fix, but I won't hold my breath. Microstutter in these games has been around dating back to Morrowind.
