I got this mission from repairing the computer in the west pump station. Then i went by the NCR crops and talked to some lady who told me to go to the east pump station. I go and repair that computer at the east pump station and read the message but it doesnt check off the quest lisr. I walked outside and noticed the quest flag is pointing me to the middle of the building. the triangle is solid, i have discovered the location and can fast travel to it. I typed movetoqt in the console but it just put me on top of the building with nothing up there, not even a way down. I have to jump off the building to get down. I looked for info on this but spent more than 1 hour looking, the flood control is a pain. 1 or 2 searches every 60 seconds? thats way too low
