It happen with simple grenates , now after patch 1.2 it happen with grenate launchers. When i start shooting in VATS - my enemy is already without any energy in life bar and i cannot kill him by any of my attack in VATS. Its killable after exiting VATS.

grenate launchers in vats still making enemy invincible

It happen with simple grenates , now after patch 1.2 it happen with grenate launchers. When i start shooting in VATS - my enemy is already without any energy in life bar and i cannot kill him by any of my attack in VATS. Its killable after exiting VATS.
