Crash upon exiting Skingrad

I don't often post because with the sheer wealth of information already present I can usually find an answer to my problems. Not this time. I recently reinstalled Oblivion and quite a few mods. I started a new character and was doing Glarthir's quest in Skingrad when I became unable to leave Skingrad without a crash. I could COC to Anvil without a problem, but each time I exited through Skingrad's gates I crashed to desktop.

If I toggled AI processing off and left the city, it was fine. When I turned AI back on it immediately crashed.

I saved the game by the gate and went through every single mod on my list to see which one might be causing the problem. Even running Oblivion.esm by itself does not help. I can load the save and it crashes immediately upon exiting the city gate. I'm at a loss and I am hoping someone out there might be able to help.

I order my mods using BOSS by the way.

Remove Salmo the Baker.

That mod has faulty AI packages that despite their best efforts the COBL team have been unable to fix.

I tried that just now, I even went into an interior cell and waited 24 hours and then tried to exit, no dice. Thanks though.

Is there something in Wrye Bash I need to do perhaps?

He states in the OP that he uses BOSS. I see he edited the post though. So maybe he added that later.

Since it's AI related and happening by Skingrad, what version of the UOP are you using?

Ah, I didn't know anyone else replied. I've since completely reinstalled the game and it's been working so far. To answer your question though I was using UOP 3.2.0.

Sounds like the Maiq the Liar issue then. His AI had to be corrected in the UOP Supplemental to prevent crashes caused by his "find calipers" routine.
