I know some of you probably thought this was a post to link to the game manual for FO NV......my apologies.....instead its a question....has the game manual for FO NV been released yet?
I know the manual for FO 3 was released a couple days before FO 3.

I don't see a link up there on it's Steam page, so I'm guessing no - it's probably not released yet.
