Two Concerns I Have About Skyrim

1. I'm hoping the Dragon Shouts are like Greater Powers. Maybe we'll get more info about Dragon Shouts at E3

2. I hope it's more like Oblivion where every NPC had a name and you could at least have a Rumor topic and possibly a basic topic about themselves. Hopefully that's expanded but also they don't go the route with Fallout 3 and have random NPC's. 5 and a half years development I'm thinking they won't have Random NPC's in towns.

In the Game Informer Dragon Shouts article, they stated that the shouts are used with the R3 button on the PS3. That button was used for switching between first/third person in Oblivion.

2. I'm glad for more differentiation between filler NPCs and important NPCs with quests, but I don't see how Radient AI is going to be such a breakthrough, either there will be a ton of repeated voice-work and very basic quests storywise, or at best it will be unnoticeable compared to equivalent scripted quests.

Pretty sure Radiant AI is just scripted quests with more variables. If you killed a guy that gives you a quest someone else will give you the quest but slightly different. If you take a quest the game checks to see if you've been in the cave where the quest is by default and if you have it's in a different cave. Technically you'll never NOTICE the radiant AI because there isn't going to be a pop-up box saying "Oh hey, this isn't the default quest. Something you did changed the normal quest line. RADIANT AI" but it should make the game feel less static because quests are more responsive.

For the Radiant AI and NPCS...I hope there aren't pointless and nameless NPCS. I loved being able to interact with every NPC in Oblivion and how they all had names. However, if these cities are very large, I wouldn't mind having a few nameless NPCS. It would certainly add to the scale of the city. Something I definitely want is more people in the cities and towns, but I would prefer if the NPCS were all approachable, name-given, and unique.
