Hello, sorry if this question has been asked before. Searched for "achievements" and got no hit.

If I buy the game at my local gamestore, and then activate it on Steam. Will I be able to earn Steam-Achievements?

Sure. There's no other legal way than activating the game on Steam. That's what it is there for. Achievements, DLC, all that buzz.
