seems strange that people are having really different experiences after the patch.....mines a almost lag-free but i'm still getting texture pop in at times....other times none.

At least in the States. I just downloaded it and, wow. It helped out my online play so much. I usually lagged like crazy until about 3 minutes afterwards, but now I don't have any lag whatsoever.

EDIT: I'm on Playstation.

i have it for xbox.

I throw grenades at people, they go through a wall, and bounce right back at me. When I start a game, my guy will start climbing over things randomly if I hit the SMART button once, I get shot once with no buffed weapons, people teleport around me like it was some Dragon Ball Z battle going on in front of my face, and the fact that people use that to their advantage pisses me off. Sliding...haha dont even let me get into that subject.

Yep, in Xbox 360 patch is available to download, but still there's nobody to play. Servers are empty or 2-3 people online

Add players from this forum if you can't find others to play with. I did the same and it's very enjoyable

Ok, S.D. you need to fix this update AGAIN, unbearable lag, I teleport every 5 seconds, get OHK by people who arent even holding a buffed weapon or the sniper rifle.When I was planting the bomb at CCity my character was actually holding the HE charge and I couldnt even change weapons, even at the command post. WTF did you do?! :facepalm:

That's worse lag than I have, and I have 30-60Kbps UL/DL and 200+ ms ping, and I haven't even played online since the update. Either you're consistently getting bad hosts or something's wrong your end.

How do you download it? I'm on the ps3, so does it just do it automatically?

That's worse lag than I have, and I have 30-60Kbps UL/DL and 200+ ms ping, and I haven't even played online since the update. Either you're consistently getting bad hosts or something's wrong your end.

My connection before this whole "plague hit" was amazing, 90% of time I was first on every game now Im usually in the middle of everyone, because everything I listed above. S.D. seriously messed up.

No it isn't.

I just played the crane defense mission and at the end of it, I still saw the control box on the missile launcher slowly texture itself. I'm on the PS3.

Well it can't be the patch specifically, because I've actually been able to play Versus games with 8 players and no visible lag for once. Might be worth troubleshooting your connection or seeing if it happens on any other games.

okay after playing alot of matches today it seems like i'm seeing more texture pop in then before the patch......but its much less laggy now .....i hope the solution isnt just a quick fix trading one problem for another.
