Before I start, I know there are already mods out there that allow you to place tents and what not, but what I'm requesting is a bit more than that.

For those of you have played Fallout 3 with mods you may know of the http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9679 mod, which allows you to make a camp with more than just camp furniture, but also allows you to place things like wooden planks and metal sheet for walls/roofing etc. and lots of other items too. In other words, it allows you to do more than just create a camp, but also renovate a ruined building and make it inhabitable once more.

My request is a portable camp mod a little more like that, if it's possible with OBSE. Unfortunately, I don't have the skill to do it myself or I would have had a shot at it already, but I'm hoping maybe one of the more experienced, advanced modders would like to have a go at it? I'd be eternally grateful if they would.

No. It would have the ability to place those things, but also place more than just that. Have a look at the link I provided to the Fallout mod.
