You can't use mods on console versions of Oblivion.

This is not a traditional mod, however it still requires use of the console, which is only available on PC.

Ok, thanks. And I always thought you could use mods on xbox, because i found this save on TTG where you had mythic dawn armor, and a bunch of other stuff. Could they have used Horizon for that?
