I'm typically pretty resourceful, but I cannot find the dialogue fix for kvatch rising anywhere (the one that makes it so the dialogue does not scream by at mach 1)

Anyone have this floating around in their mod archives or data folder by any chance? I'd greatly appreciate it!

I seem to remember a seperate file for kvatch rising though, I just can't seem to find it anymore. Hopefully this does the trick!

Any extra archive would have been blank mp3 files for the game but Elys - Universal Silent Voice does the same thing but in plugin form and works with all mods so then you don't have to download blank mp3 files for all mods in which there isn't voice acting.
