Ran into a new problem ...

Tes4Edit and Tes4LODGen choke when I try to load my entire list because I have several large mods in it.
(ElsweyrAnequina, Valenwood Improved, Stirk, Silgrad Tower, and Gates to Aesgaard to name a few).
With Tes4Edit, it's not so bad because I can pick and choose what mods actually load.
Not so with the Tes4LODGen.

So my question: Would anyone know if there are any issues with generating 2 sets of LOD and combining them?
What I would do is generate the first set, copy all the files to my desktop.
Generate the second set, then copy the 1st set over the top of the second.

Thanks

I would think that would work. You can also define rules in the TES4LODGen settings file. Which version are you using? It's a different file for the new version... I can give you some settings that will skip the test areas and that might help a bit.

Yeah I know about the plugins.tes4viewsettings.
I tried to see if there was anything in the Tes4LODGen thread first and I actually copied your settings to start my own.

Also, just what does "Clear" do? "Skip" is obvious.

Are you using the latest version? If you download TES4Edit 3.0.15 and then rename that EXE to TES4LodGen.exe you'll have the up to date version.

"Clear" will erase any .lod files for the specified worldspace and will not generate new ones.

If you have a 64bit OS, you can use the LAA patch on the EXE file to give it some more breathing room if those mods are too large to fit within 2GB of memory.

So Tes4Edit and Tes4LODGen are the same .exe? I guess I didn't need to dl both of them. (Both dl are 3.0.15)
