Crashing When Hotkey Torch is added

So, I seem to be crashing every time I start a new game when the hotkey torch, which I assume is being added by OOO and FCOM, is added to my inventory. I've replicated it about 8 times now, but can't for the life of me understand why this is an issue. Anyone know how to fix this? Here's my load order. Let me know if anything seems amiss.

Ah, another potential bit of information that might be useful. The game doesn't really crash, it more just stops responding to input commands. I'm wondering if the hotkey assignment script is conflicting with something, but I've disabled the mods with the most likely conflicts and not found any issues.

You need to update FCOM to UFCOM. Also, for those FCOM esp's that aren't in the UFCOM release, you need to update to the latest FCOM 9.9 beta (as I think some of yours are older than that). See http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1146727-relz-fcom-convergence-and-ufcom/ for links. Also, you shouldn't use

1F FCOM_OscurosOverhaul.esp [Version 0.9.8]

It should only be used in FCOM setups without MMM. That might be causing this particular issue I'd guess.
