I'm beginning to think Miss Fortune can probably kill more than 1 enemy, but she probably has a chance to hurt you as well hence the name "Miss Fortune" *misfortune*

It is Miss Fortunate and she is just a female Stranger. remember when I was the one who discovered this perk.

But they have different perk discriptions. Miss Fortunate's description:

Just when your enemies think they have the upper hand, Miss Fortune appears to turn their world upside down. Appearing only in V.A.T.S., she has the ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Does that mean you can get them both?

Or does Mysterious Stranger appear anytime and Miss Fortunate only appear when things are going badly for you?

From the descriptions, it sounds like they act exactly as you described. No word if they are gender specific/you can have both.
