Deserts of Anequina?

Post » Wed Sep 01, 2010 11:04 am

Hi, I was wondering where is Deserts of Anequina mod? I just recently moved all my files to my new computer (which is wiped now), but apparently some textures didn't transfer for Deserts of Anequina, so w/e, I thought I'd just redownload it. Well, I looked at TESNexus, not there. I look up why, and apparently she didn't like all the negative feedback (there was negative feedback?). I've looked around, and I found the megaupload, but that links doesn't work.

Where can I get the mod? It's easily my favorite mod in Oblivion!

Oh, wow, I was just looking at that thread, but all the posts were old that I stopped reading after the 2 page >.<

So, there is no alternative link I can download with?

Negative feedback? If she took the mod out because of that, then that was a very naive thing to do. I personally love her mod. But if the modder doesn't want feedback then they should disable feedback. But feedback, good or bad is actually good for practical reasons. If a mod is generally good it rarely does generate downright evil criticism to hurt the modder efforts. OOO and other amazing mods have received their share of bad feedback but they didn't cancel their mods. Anyways, I still think she took her mod out for other reasons.

No, it was people complaining that the mod wouldn't work because they weren't even reading the readme. It wasn't people just giving negative feedback. So now she disables it every once and a while to keep it from getting on the top list.

I think the reason she doesn't just disable comments is for the reason that she still does get useful feedback, but there was just an overwhelming amount of people just acting rude.

This can be moved into http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1115554-anybody-knows-what-has-happened-with-elsweyr-anequina/ (wish I saw it earlier) if a mod reads this.

Tell me about it! She's just being like I use to be on my YouTube account a couple of years back when I received negative comments from internet trolls on my Youtube page and video comments that caused me to put all my videos on hidden (known as "private" on YouTube). And let me tell you, the fans considered me as being naive and caving in to the trolls demands because I hid my videos! I just wished that Iliana didn't cave in to the trolls demands by hiding her wonderful mod from public view! It only leads to the trolls winning, anyways!
