BSA issues with OBMM

For some reaosn when I open OBMM it does something to my .ini file and registers ALL .bsa files it finds. This for some weird reason causes tons of missing mesh erros. I have tried invalidation and redirection options in OBMM and it keeps happening. Any idea why this is such an issue?
