Description
This mod adds Amber weapons to a vendor shop.

Location
The weapons can be purchased at A Fighting Chance in the Imperial City Market District.

Details
The weapon stats are slight greater than Daedric but cannot attack ghosts.

- Akaviri Claw
- Akaviri Claymore
- Akaviri Greatsword
- Akaviri Longsword
- Battleaxe
- Club
- Cutlass
- Dagger
- Mace

Model modifications:
- The blades were separated from the hilt and hilt modified slightly for better transparent blade effects.
- The textures were modified to have an amber color as well as slight transparency on the blade in the alpha channel.
- The cutlass had the pirate skull removed and gaps in the geometry was fixed.
- The dagger was modified to more closely match the shape of the SI Amber Longsword.

Install
This archive is distributed in what I call OMOD-Ready format.
It allows you to manually extract and install like most other mods but it also allows you to use Oblivion Mod Manager and import this archive with all the settings pre-configured for an OMOD file.

Version 1.1 has been released which adds 6 more weapons:

- Akaviri Claw
- Battleaxe
- Club
- Cutlass
- Dagger
- Mace

whatever happened to the Vvardenfell Glass project?

I installed a new drive and re-installed my entire system. I do not have all my drives online (the last one still offline holds Vvardenfell Glass). I'm also recovering from surgery so I had a bit of goof-off time.

InsanitySorrow already created a better retexture for amber katana: http://www.invision.tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/354-katana-collection/

Thanks. I'll pass that on to the fella that requested this katana texture since we didn't see it hosted on the Nexus. He could apply that texture to the GreatSword model that he likes so much...although it probably doesn't support transparency.
