Sorry if this has already been asked but from watching the trailer and reading about the shouts....does your character in the game actually speak the three words when you use the shout? If so wouldn't this be the first time your character actually talks? If so I hope the voice of your character using the shouts will be different depending on what character you're playing as/gender of you're character.

yes, every race and gender has a own set of spoken/shouted dragonshouts, and you will hear it.
