MMM - hunting and crafting, which you have, allows you to make about 10 different kinds of arrows. Are you looking for more?

MMM Hunting and Crafting...it is fun to do. But a good idea is to also add MMM mod that increases amount of bones when you kill things. The bones are the raw materials...not to mention feathers.

Well with that load order yeah MMM is the obvious choice.

An often overlooked and extremely complex role playing mod though is http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28924.

Hm, as far as I can read the mmm hunting and crafting are only for making armors out of hides, I can't find anywhere where it says I am also able to make arrows. How do I do it, then? Do I just collect bones and feathers and then what do I do?

First off on the IC bridge you you find books on how to do it. They are in a barrel close to Weye.

I'm not sure if you can do these things in game until you read the books - I forget.

All based on right clicks IIRC - but only the options to make them if ingredients are present. From large bones and feathers (quills in some games) you can make arrow shafts - then attach the heads after whittling them down from silver nuggets, Flint stone, Obsidion, Bones, etc.

The bone shafts are the one week area I think. Crafty Bits is more complex but the ingredients make more sense. But not balanced to an MMM/FCOM game some say.

You can fletch arrows before you read the book, but you need to find a pair of Fletching Calipers first. In OOO or BC this can be problematic, because all the clutter barrels in the IC are flagged for theft, but you can get a pair out of the barrel as Psymon mentioned, they're very common in dungeon clutter crates, and I believe many of the barrels and boxes in the waterfront are still fair game with OOO/BC.

Once you have a pair, click on the shears to bring up a menu. It will allow you to craft Arrow Heads, Arrow Shafts, and Fletch Arrows.

Large Bone is used to make shafts.

Ribs make Barbed Bone, I think Brittle is Bone Arrowheads...two or three different bones are used for arrowheads, but I dont recall which, exactly.

Anyway, Silver Nuggets, Daedroth Teeth, Ogre Teeth, Flint, Obsidian and Deer Antler can all be made into arrowheads. Unfortunately there are no batch functions (except for fletching 10 Arrows at a a time), so you have to make shafts and arrowheads one at a time, which is a bit tedious.

To make arrow flights, just click a feather in your inventory, it will allow you to turn one (or all) into Flights (you need the Fletching Calipers in your inventory for this).

edit

You could also try this one, it's a newer version than the one I tried years ago, which was pretty buggy. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23104

Bone arrows are pretty weak though.

Obsidian arrows are the best I know of that can be made. But the only way to gt obsidian is off creature drops.
