Vault 11/Lucky 38 bug

So I've already come across several topics discussing this on other forums. There are some robot enemies at the end of Vault 11 which screw up the Lucky 38 later, making all the robots hostile towards you. Also Victor is found dead right outside the casino on the steps leading in.

I finally found a way to proceed past this, by using the console code provided here:

setally 1267AB 0001B2A4

This reset my standing with them. However when I try to speak with House, nothing happens. I was suppose to receive the first House quest, but I've got nothing. :(
I can only think that I failed his quests due to the vault 11 oversight.

So my question is, what's the console code to remove or readd a quest? That's the only way I can think of to continue. I want to do House's quests(I know I could skip him).

I figure this is the only place I'm going to be able to get an answer.

Ok, I mucked around in console and tried this:

player.setstage 00147885 1

It didn't give me any error, but it didn't give me the quest either...I don't know if I'm doing this right, or if it isn't coming up because the quest is already failed?

player.resetquest 00147885

I got a message about quest completion, but that's it.

When victor is dead like that it normally means you did some trigger some place like survived the suicide chamber, went too far in a questline for a different faction, normally cheating some how breaks things=/ best bet is to go back to an older save game.

The problem, apparently, is that the V11 turrets are flagged as the same faction as Lucky 38. There are several mods on NVNexus that fixes this bug, just go there ans earch for Vault 11 (or use the community compilation patch, which includes the fix).

I already know about that mod and have it, but I broke the quest a long time ago. Probably 10-20 hours back, there's no way I'm going all the way back to fix it.

Surely there's a console fix. It can't be impossible to unfail a questline.

I am in the second part of this quest, as i accidentally let "The House Always Wins, I" pass without noticing. Now i am on "the House Always Wins, Pt II" and have completed Vault 11. I used SetAlly so that i could enter the Lucky 38, but i am unable to speak with House to progress. A fix for this would be great, as i am 65h into the game :(

Seriously, it's like noone in the world knows how to readd a failed quest. :(

I tried installing the GECK to try and add the quest back in myself, but the damn thing errors on me. Almost seems like I need FO3 installed for it to work...

The fix works, awesome.
Issue resolved...so I can finally continue the main quest. I wanted to go with House. :3
