Spell Tomes : IV

Hi,
If my character becomes a higher level, does that impede my ability to find the lower level tomes? Or will I simply find tomes of all levels? Any info is appreciated, thanks.

From what i can tell, its random loot, so it should be levelled. if someone else reads this, and i'm wrong plz correct me

In my experience the Tomes work like other levelled lists in that as you level higher level tomes get added to the list but the low level tomes aren't dropped. So it works like alchemy equipment: at lvl 17 you may find, for example, a master retort in certain chests, but you may find a novice, apprentice or expert retort instead.
