Broken terrain south of Bravil

This has been happening recently when I approach the wooden bridge (near Fort Nomore, south of Bravil) from the north only.
It appears as if the game is completely omitting the loading of that "block" of terrain for some reason. (When I approach it from the south, no matter from what distance, it is not a problem, so I'm at a loss of ideas here.)
Has anyone else seen this before?

Yeah, thats a pretty common one.

Usually this sort of thing is caused by mods, but that particular area can be a problem even in vanilla. I have gotten used to TCLing up there on my way to Leyawiin.

Oh, Okay. I'm glad it's not totally left field... In that case, I think I'll just svck it up an do what you mentioned, then. (I'll probably use TAI too, just in case)

I usually save, exit, and then go back in when I see it. It's so common that I'm often surprised when it's intact. It's more likely to bug out if you're an equestrian.

Huh...

I've never seen that one before.

As noted though, the game does that sort of thing here and there. It's just sort of odd that I've never seen that particular one.

I see it most often if I swim across Lake Rumare south of the bridge. A big chunk of the land plus parts of Fanacasecul will fail to render. And often if I go all the way to the northeast corner of Chorrol, the houses and the city walls at the southwest corner will vanish.

And yeah-- a save and reload, even right there on the spot, seems to do the trick.
