does anyone know how to get the black ranger armor (i believe its the one on the cover?) is there anywhere or any way to get it before the final battle?

when protecting or killing the presdent kimball there are some rangers there just kill one

I watched some video on Youtube about it... you apparently have to slaughter an NCR ranger... or console command it into your inventory... to my understanding anyway.

There's no way to get it without killing an NCR Ranger, or finding it on the body of an NCR Ranger(Also the console command for PC users). But I think that's horribly tragic that you can't do something to become a Ranger yourself. If they do any DLC Expansions, they should definately make a way to go through Ranger school or something so you can get the armor when you want it.

k thanks alot and i agree that it is horrible that you cant get it any other way (like joining the rangers which would be so *@%#&ing awesome)
