I'd like to keep my karma the highest (good guy's). Stealing lowers it. But all those journals, which gives you permanent stat points requires stealing. So I'm wondering, is there some... number or something, or something else, that would let me steal those journals, but keep my karma clean? Same goes for some quests...

Also a question - what are the karma's levels? Like "chaotic, evil, good, angel", etc...

No, but if you only steal those you'll easily stay good from quest karma.

My gunslinger character is supposed to be neutral/selfish. He steals constantly. Yet his Karma is Very Good. Don't worry about it.

The levels are: Very Good / Good / Neutral / Evil / Very Evil. Simple
