I type in help in the console, and I get a list of commands, but I have no idea how to scroll up. I see about ten commands, and that's it. How do I scroll up??

I remember having that problem. But I found the answer for the command I needed somewhere else.

Still, I'd like to know the metrhod of scrolling while in console command mode..

No, that makes it select the previous command. Have you tested it? If I type in "Help" and I attempt to scroll up it will just put help into the lowest bar (that you type in) and not affect the above lines.
