So simple. Not an Orc. Not a Draugr. Definitely not human at all. If it is a Dunmer, then they sure got f***ed up and are deformed with tiny waists, misshapen arms, and are apparently starving to death. It could be a new goblin model. The armor means it is a humanoid NPC, that is all. (Also, goblins vary in height incredibly - play Oblivion)

Biggest problem with it being difficult to confirm is because we haven't seen the race models yet. Or goblins. Or other NPC's wearing that armor, only the PC has so far.

So yeah, it is unconfirmed between Dunmer or another NPC race/creature that is unknown based on current media available. Please stop saying stupid things beyond that.

I also though it was an Orc, it's rather odd that a golbin would let you get into such a popsition to be assassinated, thus I think it was an Orc who we surprised.

Mate when I made this thread I assumed it was a female orc or something, I don't know why people are still freaking commenting on this I KNOW it is not an Orc.
