I noticed that if your in a city, and you attack someone the guards chase you...So i left the city, and came back an, and they didn't want to eat me anymore! Now that i know i can kill ppl freely and then leave and just comeback and not be introuble, i can have ALLOT of fun!

Now though...Are there any other crimes you could get away within the city?

You can pick locks to houses as well, as long as you don't fail. If you don't manage to pick the lock then the guards will come after you.

Oddly enough, the ritsy-looking houses (white brick with gold, uh, "trimming" I guess) are the easiest to pick and have the best loot.

There's also criminal trespass. That happens in palaces when you wander from the throne room. That one is even forgotten by the time you leave the palace.
