Thanks! I thought that I have changed that already.

Update will be available soon because http://tesnexus.com/downloads/images/22062-1-1267903071.jpg. It's not exactly like original, but it's similar.

UPDATE:

Version 2 patch
uploaded to Nexus, PES and http://www.invision.tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/337-morrowind-drinks/.

:twirl:

Enjoy!

Note: Patch is made to support Cobl. For those that use standalone version file structure is slightly different. Just copy meshes to _mw_booze folder (cobl has mw_booze folder) and overwrite old ones.

===============================================================================
UPDATED TO VERSION 2.20! (November 17th, 2010)
===============================================================================
Change log for v2.2:
Spoiler

Changes from 2.10
- Repaired colision for Greef/Shein, Sujamma/Mazte (faced all normals outside so that it doesn't fall through floor anymore)
- Modified the collision for Bug Musk to fit the model better

It's a funny thing that in what, 8 months, nobody noticed that the new bottles fall through the floor. :) Since they were my first models I didn't know that collision needs to have normals that are faced outside too. Anyway, other day I tried to drop one bottle and it went right down into the void. Hopefully, it's all fixed now and hopefully someone will update Cobl to include these before TES V.

But... after you drink it the game engine doesn't leave you with an empty bottle... I *never* put down a non-empty drink after all.

Uhh, seriously, I just stuck them in a container with my other drinks... I'm not much into house decoration in the little time I do spend playing.

Vac (will make sure this gets into the next Cobl update)

Hmm.. I wonder how come no one ever made a mod that corrects that? And make it as a requirement to have empty bottles for making potions like in Gothic.

Neither am I, I dropped it just to check it. I didn't know before and now I don't know why would that happen, but when one creates mesh in Blender by starting with circle and extruding edges normals are always messed up. Not a big deal, but easy to forget to fix especially on collision mesh and for less experienced people.

Well, I've seen it suggested before a few times, and mods like Tamrielic Ingredients touch on similar things (needing phials to collect blood), Brena River Ravine with it's empty bottles you can fill with, err, I forget what exactly it was, but some funky potion in the hidden valley. I am sure there are others. I think the issue is that for many people carrying empty bottles around is a bit of a clunky mechanic. I'm not much into "realism" mods though: it might well float someone's boat.

They sure are. One day I hope he finishes his texture compendium project for Morrowind so I can play it fully Connaryfied. :P

Morrowind drinks have been updated to v2.3; update your Cobl with them by overwriting old ones.
Patch is here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22062

Changes from 2.20
- Fixed collision on the bottles (really this time :-))
- Removed weird colouring and added vertex shading

Almost ridiculous! Why wasn't collision good, one might ask... Well, how could have worked when I forgot to make top and bottom! :) Silly me!
But ok, ok they were my first meshes and it is fixed now.

What amazes me is why the heck nobody noticed it?

You know what is hilarious? I DLed another mod...called WASTED or something like that. I found some booze vintage Morrowind, and had 3 drinks. HOLY SHIZ!!!! I was just falling, trying to get up, over and over again until it wore off. Then I layed there, thinking I was dead...but I was OK. You brew some powerful stuff!
