OK, so, I've downloaded the game off the official website, followed the rules of extracting to DOSBOX, my Games folder(Labeled 'Games' without the marks.) is installed in C:\Dosbox and Dosbox will boot. but, by inputting the following code:

MOUNT C GAMESC:CD ARENAARENA

I am only led to more difficulty. It claims that Games does not exist and when I type in 'C:' it says I have not mounted it.

This is puzzling me beyond belief and I feel I require some assistance.

You have the first line wrong. It's

MOUNT C C:\GAMES

See if that works.
