Whenever I talk to any of the service providers, no matter which destination I select I receive the message "horses eat a lot, you know!" While this is very informative, I'd like to be able to travel around Cyrodiil as well.

ok, that usually means that you don't have enough money to use the carriage transportation providers. what other mods are you using?
