Have never used the OMOD installer but the important thing is that you:
1. Get all the resources from 1.33, which you should.
2. Get the resources plus Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp (which is the full version as it doesn't come with a lite one) and Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm from the OOO 1.34 Beta 5 update, which you should if you install it after 1.33 and let it overwrite.
If you for some reason get optional esp's that you don't need/shouldn't use, you can safely just delete them. There's really no optional esp's or bundled mods that you'd want/should use anyway, with the possible exception of OOO-Water_Weeds.esp and OOO-WaterFish.esp.
