Yeah, actually just found that mod myself her: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=2774

But, man, does a lot of people seem to have problems with this mod. It seems it is quite buggy, and even though the mods look great, I hate buggy mods. How is the mods working for you?

Most of the 'problem' reports are things like 'when I download the mod it always downloads a 7zip file and I can't get it to work' (or similar 'I'm too stupid to operate a toaster and blame you for it' comments). I tried the mod once and it worked fine for me. I removed it after one gaming session though as it's basically a cheat mod and I like my game as hard as possible, so I can't say whether any of the smaller features cause problems.

EDIT: And it's the only working dragon mod there is, so either use it or forget about dragons until Skyrim arrives.

Well, I'm not interested in any kinda cheat kinda mods, guess I'll just have to stick with Midas summon white tiger, which is very cool, nevertheless. I just like dragons, oh well.

How about a dragon companion then:

Tiamat The Fire Drake

Nice, thanks a lot. Can't wait to get home and try it out.

Are there any known bugs or anything?

How do I summon the companion, do I just get the spell as soon as the mod is installed?

Can I use it as storage?

The Akatosh Mount is not buggy in the slightest.... What on Earth gave you that impression? If you can extract a 7zip archive and follow instructions then you shouldnt have a problem...

Can I just create an omod of the archive or will that not work?

Akatosh mount is about as buggy as a horse - as in, they're quite fast, so if you're struggling to load areas this won't help one bit. Otherwise, it works great.

Significantly overpowered in early-game, but mid/late game they're just very impressive horses that can fly. And are very impressive.

Theres an OMOD in the archive, just unpack it and drop in your Oblivion/obmm/mods folder. Then start ObMM and activate the OMOD

There's no omod in the file I have downloaded, I've downloaded the MMM version linked in this thread.

Oh you meant Tiamat! I though you were talking about the Akatosh mount! Yeah you should be able to create an OMOD just fine from that archive.

I did try and create an omod, and my game crashed every time I neared Clavicus Vile's Shrine...when creating an omod, do I still have to put the esp. file in my data folder?

Where am I supposed to find my companion, the readme says: At the shrine below the IC stables, is that Clavicus Vile's Shrine, cuz it ain't there.

There's a little shrine (not daedric) very close to the IC stables, just to the NW.

Yeah, thanks, found it. Don't know why the readme said "below the stables"

Well, that is one noisy companion. It can't take one step without roaring, it sounds kinda stupid, "roar" "roar" "roar" "roar" every single step it takes.

As far as I understand, the issue was with the sound of it's footsteps but that should be fixed in the MMM version. But that "squirk" it says out of its beak everytime it takes a step is truely annoying...but it's a cute little pet.
