Couldn't find any info on this -- periodically the pipboy radio seems to go silent on me. I get nothing from the music station or the Mr. New Vegas station. I've noticed that when it happens, I'll be hearing Mr. New Vegas speaking, and then when he finishes his news or whatever, it just goes dead.
