Im having an issue with the IC market missing the walls and buildings (all the doors and activators (crates and stuff) are still there but not of the statics) and i cant figure out whats causing it. I installed a few mods before i noticed it but deactivated and uninstalled them to figure out what was causing it but they weren't the problem.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Two things here, the mods screwed up your saves, so you have to go back to a save from before you loaded the mods.

The cell did not render correctly. This happens sometimes. What you do is save and exit the game, reboot the PC/Console (to clear any cell cache) then start the game back and load the save.
