I have several weapons mods but I can't seem to activate them or use them. Am I missing something? Example extended magazine for varmit gun or night scope for varmit gun.

You need to open your pip boy, go to the weapons screen and press LB or L1 on the weapon you have a mod for.Thats 360 and PS3, im not sure what the key would be on pc.
