i heard that this mod turns tamriel into vardenfell. where might i go to download this? and what should i download with it to make it run smoother on a lower-end pc (128mb vid card -- its for a laptop)

cause it converts morrowind resources for oblivion, which breaks the EULA (even though you need the game installed for them to convert, it still breaks it) and means bethesda cannot allow discussion of the mod on it's forums.

Too bad because it looks fantastic(had never heard about it before).

I wonder what the legal problem is...
Is it because it distributes textures/stuff from morrowind? If it is so the author could simply make an automated patch to compile the mod dynamically(ie you would need to have morrowind).
Because just looking at the trailer video it made me want to play it(dunno how they will handle the dialog system difference though) :P.

Apparently it requires both Oblivion and Morrowind, what the hell is it breaking in the EULA then?
Any precise explanation is welcomed :).

You are not allowed to take assets from one game and use them in another, even if the games are both from Bethesda.
