I'm inclined to believe that all these errors are related to having >= 255 normal + merged + imported mods. It obviously needs more work when manipulating that many mods at once.

ah at least that one unlike the others is an easy fix... should be fixed by rev 780

r780 went to completion, generating a patch file of expected size. I'll take some time to examine it in detail but a quickie look with tes4edit shows it should have everything. Now all we need is Actors.AIPackages to get done for CBash :P

Took 54 second to patch my huge load order under heavy system load, quite impressive.

If that's working for you again, Arthmoor, then the only big things left to fixup with CBash are:
1) Allowing >= 255 mods when counting all merged and imported mods
2) Fixing some issues KC33 reported
