Attacking Bandits gets me thrown out of the Thieves Guild.

I'm running FCOM and every now and then when I kill a Bandit I'll get a pop-up informing me I attacked a Thieves Guild member and I have to pay some money. I've been looking through the factions changes in TES4EDIT, in case any of the Bandits where part of the Thieves Guild faction, but there's lots of them and so far no luck. Any other ideas?

For some reason, I wanna think it's TIE4 doing it. Are those bandits immediately hostile or are you ranging them?

Not immediately hostile, I had assumed it was from "46 FCOM_FriendlierFactions.esp "
