OBMM and OB itself open ok (with latest bashed patch made, 235+ mods active).

go to your mopy folder and delete the pidfile.tmp, that will make it work, or at least it did for me.

The problem survived 3 unninstals, restarts and reinstals, but could not survive this tip, thank you.
