Im sorry but this is a little ridiculous.

I wish a dev or even someone from Valve could give me an answer, I've tried just saying "Oh well" but Im still pissed off that I'm taking my happy [censored] to Gamestop tonight for a midnight release and I still wont be able to play until 3AM tonight becuase I live in Georgia (Eastern time). I have never had this problem before and I have never heard of this before, I know its happened but I dont think its ever happened with a big title that has a midnight release like this one does. I just feel bad for all of the people getting the PC version tonight at Gamestop or WalMart, their going to go home and install it and find out they cant even play a game they bought.

I just would like to know why this is even happening with such a big title, like I said I've never even heard of this before. Well, flame me if you must but I HAD to vent off my frustration and I sure as heck wasn't going to do it on the Gamefaqs forum.

We all need to vent. All I can say is welcome to the new way of PC gaming is going to be done by big companies soon. It happend for Civ V, now Fallout New Vegas, and most likely with TES V if and when it comes out. Just like how release now patch later is widely accepted, so this will be the beginings of PC gaming. I hate it.

I play on the 360 so it doesn't effect me. Well take the good with the bad. You get to play mods, you just have to wait 3 hours to do so.
