Please help with load order.

I just recently downloaded open cities and all of the patches affiliated with my current mods, but I just can;t get the load order right so that Oblivion will not crash on start up. If you spot any errors, please correct me.

PLEASE help it crashes on start up and I would imagine that the load order is perfect in my mind.

Please re-post your load order with Bash's list mods function. (Right-click on the File tab.) Get rid of one of the Natural Weather plugins, and I also suggest switching Natural Vegetation out for enhanced vegetation. Get rid of ElaborateEyes. It is already incorporated into Beautiful People.

Are you using BOSS? It should recognize almost all of those.

Does MMM resized races not require MMM?

I use BOSS and it updated to the wrong load order for the open cities. I need Elaborate Eyes, If I don't use elaborate eyes, all NPC and creatures will not have eyes. Why get rid of one of the natural weather plugins? It worked fine. The problem is with Open Cities + Cats and Rats + Clocks of Cyrodiil. I installed it all at once and downloaded patches from open cities to work with these other mods.
Yes, resized races does require MMM
