Do you know that Bethesda Game Studies is the developer and Bethesda Softworks is the publisher. Bethesda Softworks publishes all the games under the Zenimax umbrella like Elder Scrolls, RAGE, Brink, Hunted...

Whatever dude, it's obviously an Acklay. Haven't you been reading the recent interviews? Skyrim is about how the Republic tries to get control of the planet Nirn in the Mundus System with an army of clones riding on top of Acklays.
